Taft Street Cafe

OMG! My husband and I first time there. When we walked in we got the best welcomed Greeting from the waitresses and Staff. And the food was just amazing. Everything was big size portions. I barely ate half of my food. Far as our service, it was wonderful. Ms Valarie was super wonderful. She was nice and friendly. We loved her customer service. We will be revisiting again.

Great place, great food, great service! This place does it right! Come enjoy breakfast or lunch. We do all the time!!

I personally, liked the place. This is the place where all the locals go, so you will see a lot of local people here. If you missed your grandmas cooking, this is the place to go for breakfast. I really like the atmosphere here too.

I usually meet a group of friends at this Cafe every Friday morning. Consistently. Good service friendly waitresses. Their egg breakfast with toast and bacon and coffee. It's right around 12. Very generous portions. Plenty of parking but it's in an office building so it's easy to miss. You have to look for their sign right on Taft Street. Clearly labeled Taft Street Cafe.

Really friendly service and great quality food. We usually go to chain places for breakfast but the prices keep going up and the quality does the opposite. We happened across this place and it truly is a hidden gem. The omelettes are very filling and they are very reasonably priced. My husband and I spent 20 for breakfast and that is including drinks. We are low to no carb and they accommodated us on everything. This is our new go to spot. The prices and quality just can't be beat and the servers are very friendly. Its a homey place. Give it a try even if its a challenge to find it ;-)

Love it! Used to come here as a kid with my Pops, come with my Dad now, and they still have great food! And love the diner atmosphere!

This place is really hard to find unless you know it’s there. Definitely a locals spot. Place was packed on a Saturday morning for breakfast. The staff said hello to everyone coming in on a first named basis. Everyone was so friendly. The food was good. I had a sausage omelette and hash browns. Couldn’t even finish it since it was such a large portion. Prices are very reasonable.

I had an amazing experience at this hidden gem. Everything was absolutely delicious and our server Valerie was nice, kind, and patient while taking the order.The place has a 70s -ish, tradicional American vibe from the decorations to the menu.The food was out in no time, and it was a great amount for the price paid.I’d definitely recommend it to anyone! And will be back to try the lunch menu.10/10
